Business culture training – Africa (2 days)

  • Day 1 has the same content as the cultural intelligence-training
  • Day 2 consists of conflict management and doing business-country specific exercises and simulations with focus on sales based on real life examples
  • Day 2 can also consist of analysis of cross-cultural survey -results, if such tools were used beforehand.

Business culture training – Latin America (2 days)

  • Day 1 has the same content as the cultural intelligence-training
  • Day 2 consists of conflict management and doing business-country specific exercises and simulations with focus on sales based on real life examples
  • Day 2 can also consist of analysis of cross-cultural survey -results, if such tools were used beforehand.

Business culture training – South or South East Asia (2 days)

  • Day 1 has the same content as the cultural intelligence-training
  • Day 2 consists of conflict management and doing business-country specific exercises and simulations with focus on sales based on real life examples
  • Day 2 can also consist of analysis of cross-cultural survey -results, if such tools were used beforehand.

We follow 3-phase approach in our training design: Comprehend, Develop and Implement.

In Comprehend-phase, we have discussions, circulate surveys or hold interviews with your staff in order to understand the current state.

In Develop- phase, we customise the training programme to your needs, mixing and matching from our modules to design the best possible programme based on the findings from the first phase.
